Staff are friendly, very good serve yourself breakfast with hot food and buffet style breakfast (weekends buffet only). For this price bracket this is one of the cleanest I've stayed at.
Dislikes:
it's not 5 star but the best I've stayed at for this price bracket.

We have stayed before during the week and found it excellent. This time we stayed over a weekend. We had already started our travels and so did not receive the door code and were unaware that there was no staff on duty. Fortunately other guests let us in to get our room key (and the code, rather late) but were inconvenienced by the fact that the expected take away food service was not available. If we had known, we would have dined before we arrived. Read less

It is always warm and comfortable, and the breakfasts are good, and it is very conveniently situated for the places we wanted to visit.
Dislikes:
It was very disconcerting to find no staff at all on duty. If other guests had not been in reception when we arrived we would not have been able to gain access to our room.
