The location was very convenient to Cranfield and Milton Keynes. Also Luton Airport very handy. The rooms were bigger than I expected. Very clean also.
Dislikes:
4pm too late to check in and 10am FAR too early to check out. Got there at 3.45 - clerk did check us in but was quick to point out that 4 was check in time. Also, the bed was narrow and not comfy.

Booked at last minute and got a good rate. Clean good sized room with breakfast included. Also Woburn Sands is nice and quiet and i found a nice pub.

Hotel & room was clean, the staff were pleasant. My room was warm, the shower was hot and i sleapt like a baby.
I will e staying here again.
Dislikes:
Yes. I departed the hotel at 05.30 am. The hot plate breakfast was not an option, but a cerial option would have been nice.

The room was warm and plenty of hot refreshments were available for the room.
Dislikes:
The breakfast- not enough choice and staff watched you eat making you feel awkward. No contact either when you arrived- just keys left on a desk!
The tv was old maybe needed updating to a flat screen
